Full Time Office Administration Position (Eureka)

Requirements:
– Prior experience in a professional office setting.
– Outstanding people skills and an ability to work successfully in a diverse and fast paced environment.
– Highly organized and detail oriented.
– Must be able to multi-task.
– Must be self-disciplined and also work collaboratively.
– Demonstrates integrity and accountability to a high standard of excellence and quality.
Additional Skills Required:
– Strong professional written and verbal communication.
– Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
– Excellent phone and email etiquette.
– Basic bookkeeping skills.
– Accounts receivable experience.
– Experience with social media.
– Must possess a positive, flexible attitude.
– Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
– Time sensitive data entry and retail price communication
– Reconciling daily deposits and driver check-ins.
– General data entry
– Filing and general clerical duties
– Customer service: Answering phones, invoicing and AR duties.Must be available from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm as the position is part of a 3 shift rotating weekly schedule that runs between those hours.Full time position, competitive wages, excellent benefits package including Health and Dental Insurance, 401K and Profit Sharing, Paid Life Insurance.
